This and that

A long time ago, a time when I wasn't thinking and my sister was with me, she talked me into this. it was bought, thrown in a box and but not forgotten.  I will NOT ever buy something with this many pieces EVER again.   It is all sewed and ready to go to the quilter.  Unfortunately, it now has to travel to IL to a quilter that does free hand but that is a good thing because I am tired of looking at it. Perhaps absence will make me love it again.

I needed to take a mindless break after working on the Mermaid.  A friend of mine is having a little girl next month.  I couldn't resist adding a few touches to some plain ol onesies.

They were fun to make.  Did I mention fast?!  YES that too.  Another friend of ours is having a boy.  I made my favorite receiving blankets for him.

I am in LOVE with the dog fabric.  So stinking fun!!  Now what should I sew next? Hmmm....
